Create Annature envelopes with the fields already placed.
Open an agreement, form or tax return in Chrome and click SignReady. It finds where everyone signs, fills in who they are, and creates the draft in Annature. You check it and press Send.
Coming soon to the Chrome Web Store. 10 free documents a month.

How it works
No re-uploading, no dragging fields onto every page, no retyping who signs.
- Open the PDF in Chrome
From your practice software, CRM, email or anywhere else. Click the SignReady icon and choose Prepare fields.
- Check the fields
SignReady places signatures, dates, names, text boxes, dropdowns and tick boxes, fills in each signer and shows everything on the PDF. Move, add or remove any field, or drag across several to change who fills them in.
- Send it from Annature
SignReady creates a draft and opens it in Annature. Nothing goes to anyone until you press Send there.
Works with the documents you already send
SignReady reads each document, so it copes when page counts change from one client to the next.
Finds where to sign
Signature boxes, signing lines, dotted lines and tick boxes on any PDF, and the form’s own boxes in fillable PDFs. Ready-made layouts for Xero Tax returns and BAS, the ASIC annual review, and Queensland’s Form 6, Form 18a and Form 2.
Remembers your changes
Move a field, give it to someone else or add a person, and the next document of the same kind starts that way. SignReady can also learn from envelopes you’ve already sent.
Extra pages don’t break it
Fields are tied to the page they belong on, not a page number, so an extra schedule or annexure never shifts them.
Never covers what’s filled in
Answers already typed into the PDF, by you or a solicitor, are left alone. Only the blanks get fields.
Signers and order filled in for you
Names are read from the document and emails suggested from envelopes you’ve already sent. Sign in order, all at once, or you first, and add anyone who just needs a copy.
Your Annature templates still work
Search all your templates, see which ones fit the PDF, and SignReady remembers what you used last time for each kind of document.
Your documents stay between you and Annature
Contracts, tax returns and care plans hold personal details. SignReady is built so that nothing extra handles them.
- PDFs are read in your browser and sent only to Annature, using your own Annature account.
- Your Annature API keys are stored on your computer. They are never sent to SignReady.
- SignReady has no copy of your documents, their text or the people in them.
- Layouts SignReady remembers for you stay on your computer.
- No advertising or tracking, and nothing is used to train AI.

Questions
Is SignReady made by Annature?
No. SignReady is an independent product made by Avamm Group Pty Ltd, built for Annature with Annature’s permission. Support for SignReady comes from us, not Annature.
Which documents does it work with?
Any PDF you can open in Chrome. SignReady looks for signature boxes, signing lines (drawn, typed or dotted), date lines and tick boxes, uses the form’s own boxes in fillable PDFs, and has ready-made layouts for common documents. If it can’t find anywhere to sign, you can place fields yourself or add them in Annature.
Does SignReady send anything to the people signing?
No. It only creates drafts in your Annature account and opens them for you. Nobody receives anything until you press Send in Annature.
Can you see my documents?
No. Documents are read in your browser and go straight to Annature. They never pass through SignReady’s systems.
What do I need to use it?
Google Chrome and an Annature account with API access. You connect SignReady once by pasting your Annature API Id and API Key.
What happens if a field is in the wrong place?
Every field is shown on the PDF before the draft is created. Drag it, delete it or add another, and you can still adjust anything in Annature before you press Send.
Does it remember changes I make?
Yes. If you move, add or remove fields, change who fills them in, change the signing order or add a person, SignReady keeps that for the next document of the same kind, matched by the document’s wording rather than its file name. It’s saved on your computer only, and you can forget it at any time.
Can someone get a copy without signing?
Yes. Choose Add a person and give them no fields: Annature sends them a copy of the envelope instead of asking them to sign.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel any time from the SignReady extension or by emailing support@signready.com.au. Pro stays on until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then you’re back on the free plan.
